Do you have JAVA??
Windows OS:
First, determine if JAVA is already installed on your pc:
Internet Explorer:
On Toolbar, select Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. There
should be a 'coffee cup' icon with the option to enable
JAVA. This will require a reboot.
Windows XP
Microsoft didn't include JAVA with this operating system. However, it's available free from its
creator at http://www.java.com/
